ONSITE: Like an Oil Rig on Fire: Writing in Response to Images
John Berger said, “The relationship between what we see and what we know is never settled.” In this workshop, we will explore images on and off the page as a way to generate new work as we challenge our “way of seeing” and experiment with image and the senses to begin new poems. This workshop is for anyone wanting to make use of image as a tool for building narrative. Expect to write, to collaborate and to learn about yourself and your craft.
