ONSITE: Alcohol Ink Portraits of a Special Person or Pet

Create a one-of-a-kind gift for a loved one using just a frame, alcohol ink, and a pen! Using student-provided imagery (from photos or online), we will recreate a treasured image of a person, pet, house, or anything at all onto a pre-purchased standard glass frame. The result is a beautiful, colorful and homemade picture that can be displayed proudly throughout the year.

Special Notes

  • No experience necessary. Students will be interacting with glass and must be aware of sharp corners and edges. Students should be able to trace a line and be comfortable with the unpredictable nature of alcohol ink. If under age 18, must also register with an adult.

Due to a set of stairs, this classroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.

This is an On-site course. Students must follow current Covid-19 protocols, as outlined on our website. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. Please visit for more information.
