Sew What? Learning to Sew with a Machine (Ages 12-14)

Learn the basics of using a sewing machine and simple hand-sewing stitches to create your very own designs! Choose from a variety of fabrics to complete two or three projects, such as pillows, eye masks, etc.

Lauri Jenkins

Lauri Jenkins started sewing as a young girl. At just the age of 8, she was cutting patterns for paying clients. Today, she creates womenswear that are sold in various boutiques throughout the US. You may view her work at www.laurianda.com.
