ONSITE: Loose Figure Drawing: Draw Like a Slob

Do you want your drawings to be perfectly proportioned, with delicate shading transitions and carefully placed lines resulting in perfectly proportioned figures? Yeah, this class isn't for you. On the other hand, if you want to learn how to slop ink down and still come up with recognizable figures despite the occasional ink drip, the messy field of black, the multiple searching lines, this might just be your jam. Here at the Visual Arts Center, we searched high and low for the most slovenly drawing teacher we could find to teach this august educational experience, and we're proud to say we found them! You'll learn how to swing your arm about, why cheap paper is better, the inherent superiority of cheap brushes from the Lidl bargain bins, and why Marks-a-lot markers are the ideal drawing tool. Seriously. This is a (very) serious class.
