• Exhibitions + Residencies Manager

Emily N. is the Exhibitions + Residencies Manager at Visual Arts Center of Richmond, overseeing the gallery and exhibition programs, along with the art and writing residency programs, and leading gallery education programming. Emily is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a B.A. in Art History. Prior to becoming VisArts’ Manager, she served as an intern, classroom volunteer and Education Department assistant. Emily has participated in interpretation programs with the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History + Culture and Artist Communities Alliance, along with presenting at the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts conference.
