Illustrating in Procreate (Ages 12 – 14) – New!
Explore digital illustration in Procreate through fun projects that introduce the basics of drawing, coloring, and creating art on the iPad.
Special Notes
- No prior digital art experience needed. Procreate will be provided on iPads for use during class (students may bring their own if they prefer). All materials and tools are included.
Accessibility notes: In youth art classes, many artmaking processes involve (age-appropriate) fine motor skills, physical strength, vision, and ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Dashiell Kirk
Dashiell Kirk is a illustrator based in Richmond. His work ranges from Comics and graphic novels to playing card games and posters. He teaches cartooning, comic book illustration, and ink drawing at the Visual Arts Center, and has a BFA in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
