Classes

Introduction to Digital Photography

Do you ever wonder what all the buttons on your digital camera actually do? Want to know what white balance, resolution and megapixels are all about? You’ll learn to operate your camera as we cover how to capture an image, ensure proper exposure, and create an effective composition. Weekly assignments coupled with in-class discussions will help you troubleshoot problems and develop a creative eye.

Special Notes

  • Students should bring a digital camera with manual adjustment capacities and a camera manual to class as well as your laptop.
