Flameworking: Making Glass Marbles (A)

Learn the basics of marble making using a propane torch and glass rods. Enjoy generous demonstrations, discussions and time to practice as you explore various marble styles.

Special Notes

  • All materials and equipment provided. Wear clothing made of natural fibers to class. Please wear closed toe shoes.
    Accessibility notes: Many artmaking processes require the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, fine motor skills/finger dexterity, repetitive motions, vision, and some amount of physical strength. VisArts values making classes accessible to everyone, and is always happy to work with students to make accommodations when possible.
