About Exhibitions in the True F. Luck Gallery

Exhibitions in VisArts’ True F. Luck Gallery showcase contemporary art by living artists that represent craft media at all stages of their careers. VisArts is dedicated to empowering artists throughout their creative journey, fostering works that enrich their practice and igniting ideas about the artistic process through educational programming. Both VisArts’ gallery and residency programs aim to provide artists the time, space, and resources to explore and expand their creative boundaries, allowing artists to develop original works to show in the gallery. Our mission is to bring artists’ visions to life while cultivating a vibrant community of engaged visitors to the gallery. VisArts’ exhibitions and Engage program are always free and open to the public.

Collectors’ Night Exhibition

April 23 – May 2, 2026

Collectors’ Night, launched in 1987, is the Visual Arts Center of Richmond’s most significant annual fundraising event. The 350-person gala is held every year and includes a cocktail reception, a silent auction and a seated live auction.

Studio Access Resident Exhibition (Fall+Winter 2025-26)

The Visual Arts Center of Richmond presents an exhibition of multi-media works from 15 resident artists in the Studio Access Residency program from the past 6 months.
