Kilnforming: Exploring the Glass Kiln
Welcome to the addictive world of kiln forming! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to hone your skills, this course has got you covered from A to Z. Kiln forming is all about shaping glass through precise temperature control, and we’ll be exploring everything from the basics to advanced techniques exploring color, pattern, and design.
You don’t need any prior experience—though it’s always a plus. Each week, we’ll dive into a new topic with engaging lectures and demos that will build your skills step-by-step. Expect to see your creativity spark as we cover a wide array of approaches to glass fusing and slumping.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a collection of glass creations, personal samples of glass techniques, and a wealth of ideas to fuel your artistic journey.
