Hand-Sewn Leatherworking: Make Your Own Handbag (B)
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to design, sketch, and create a functional, small-sized leather bag from start to finish. You’ll gain essential leatherworking skills including drafting a custom sewing pattern, selecting the right type of leather, using leather tools with confidence, hand-braiding leather pieces together, and assembling the bag with an adjustable shoulder strap and turn-lock closure. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to expand their creative skills. By the end of this class, you'll walk away with a handmade, one-of-a-kind leather bag and the confidence to keep creating!
