Private, Corporate and Community Events

The Visual Arts Center of Richmond is the perfect spot for an off-site meeting, a company Christmas party, an anniversary celebration, a bar or bat mitzvah, a baby shower or other special event.

A rental includes:

  • Two hours of set-up
  • One hour for clean-up/breakdown
  • Use of available tables and chairs
  • Use of VisArts’ kitchen
  • Use of VisArts’ A/V (projector, microphone and sound)
  • VisArts staff member on site for the duration of the event


These fees are applicable to private parties and corporate and community events but not weddings. Non-profits enjoy a 30 percent discount on the prices outlined below.

The True F. Luck Gallery is typically closed during after-hours events. Parties can opt to keep the gallery open for an additional fee of $500.
