ONSITE: Walk, Gather, Draw
Discover nature in Richmond in crisp winter. Dress warm and find some comfy gloves and let's get active! Start your weekend with a brisk walk around the local Fan District collecting textures and natural objects to draw from! This half outdoor/indoor class will be relaxing and inspiring. Enjoy a nice cup of herbal tea at the end of each class while we share what we found and drew!
Special Notes
- It is important that students wear sunscreen even though it's winter, and grippy shoes! Dress warmly in layers so you can draw outside but also so that when we work inside you can take off some layers and be comfortable.

About the Instructor
Tori Qualls
Hi, I'm Tori! I love to paint and talk about art! In my work I try to reuse supplies and repurpose old fabrics to give them new life. My subject matter usually leans toward domestic scenes such as the home, and the incorporation of fibers help bring an expressive quality to my work. I love all mediums, but I use a lot of paper in my work in different collage forms.
