ONSITE: Fair Isle: Knitting a Hat in Two Colors

Learn multicolor knitting! You'll learn to use two colors in your knitting and to follow a color work pattern. You'll also learn to measure, fit and knit a Fair Isle hat.

Special Notes

  • All materials provided. This is NOT a beginner class. Students must know how to cast on, knit, and pearl. If you own size 4, 5, or double pointed needles, and/or size 4, 5, or 6 — 24” circular needles you may bring them.

    Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.

    Students must follow social distancing protocols and wear masks at all times. For more info visit visarts.org. This is an On-site course. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. About the Instructor

Tracy Haines

Tracy began knitting at 12, and has been immersed in yarn since. She has taught adults and children to knit for over 15 years. She loves knit toys and seeks out knitted solutions to all life's obstacles.
