ONSITE: Cozy Needle Felting
Learn how to felt things that remind you of fall! Explore all things cozy through the art of felting tiny sculptures and fall weather scenes in this class with a mix of needle felting and 2-D wet-felting techniques! Needle felting and wet felting are very intuitive mediums and super satisfying to pick up! With this natural material you will have all the opportunities to felt snoozing cats, comfy chairs and design a wall-hanging using natural fibers! Pull from the wealth of your own life, be it through characters from cozy video games or shows you like, the possibilities are endless!

This is an On-site course. Students must follow current Covid-19 protocols, as outlined on our website. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. Please visit visarts.org for more information.

Tori Qualls
Hi, I'm Tori! I love to paint and talk about art! In my work I try to reuse supplies and repurpose old fabrics to give them new life. My subject matter usually leans toward domestic scenes such as the home, and the incorporation of fibers help bring an expressive quality to my work. I love all mediums, but I use a lot of paper in my work in different collage forms.
