Experimental Letterpress

Think outside the box with non-traditional techniques and materials to find out what’s possible using letterpress equipment. We will print using objects such as Legos and hardware from your local home improvement store to create experimental prints to either keep or trade with your classmates.

Special Notes

  • This class will meet on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM.
  • This class uses a historic printing press which requires the ability to stand and use your legs and arms simultaneously to operate.
  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.

Materials List

You will need to provide any specialty paper for individual projects; basic paper and other materials and equipment are provided.
