Creating Ceramic Jars

For inspiration, we’ll study historic, Chinese ginger jars, Central American spirit urns and contemporary raku vessels. Expect an emphasis on the construction and design of lids that are not common to most American ceramics and a special focus on the embellishments that make them unique.
