11 VisArts Teachers Participate in Third Annual RVA Clay Tour
During the first weekend of June, 21 unique clay studios will open to the public, with nearly 100 clay artisans showing off their work and studio space as part of the third annual RVA Clay Tour.
The Visual Arts Center of Richmond is one of the stops on the tour and is proud of the many artists who have ties to the center. Around one third of the artists on the clay tour have some connection to VisArts.
These ceramicists teach classes and volunteer their time in VisArts’ clay studios:
- David Camden
- Ryan Coppage
- Maria Galuszka
- Lee Hazelgrove
- Karen Hull
- Paul Klassett
- Claire McCarty
- Philip Mills
- Claire Parrish
- Al Pellenberg
- Jeff Vick
VisArts will be offering a special $10 discount off one clay class to those who visit the center during the tour.
