- Facilities Manager
Liz Borsetti has worked at the Visual Arts Center of Richmond since 2013. She was first introduced to the organization in 2011, when she was a student in Virginia Commonwealth University’s craft/material studies program. As part of a fieldwork assignment, she helped renovate the screenprinting studio. Liz earned her BFA in craft/material studies, with a focus on metals, in 2012. Her jewelry is inspired by the facets of rough and cut stones. Using the casting process, she creates her own asymmetrical gems, within which she will often set real gemstones. She is a resident artist at Mule Barn Craft Studio, and in addition to working at VisArts, also teaches Introduction to Enameling and Cloisonné at the center.
